Hayley has always loved being active, whether it's playing soccer and touch football, or going to traditional gyms. 8 years ago she got bored of regular gyms and decided to give Pole Fitness a go. It was definitely daunting, having never had a dance or gymnastics background, but she instantly fell in love with it. After participating in pole fitness classes for 2 years Hayley became an instructor and has been teaching for the past 5 years.


"Helping people achieve things they thought they would never be able to do is truly amazing." Hayley started CrossFit a little over 2 years ago, her only regret was not finding it sooner. She loves the variety that CrossFit offers (plus it's great cross training for pole fitness!) CrossFit challenges her and she loves the strength she has built from it. 


In addition to CrossFit Hailz also coaches Aerial Yoga, Stretching and Mobility classes at CrossFit Might.
