CROSSFIT

Our 60 minute class is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. Each session includes skill development and refinement.

MIGHT44

Our 44 minute class builds fitness and strength! Workouts range from high intensity individual, team or partner workouts, strongman or powerlifting style sessions. Be ready for anything!

MIGHT30

Our 30 minute express class is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-intensity workout.

GYMNASTICS

Gymnastics focuses on upper body gymnastics movements  and strength required for CrossFit. It teaches you spatial awareness,  core control and strength development. It's suitable for every type of  athlete and covers basic, intermediate and advanced gymnastics  movements. 

AERIAL YOGA

The class will take you through  stretches using aerial hammocks to restore flexibility and  mobility, avoiding common and preventable movement dysfunction and  injury. You can no longer use lack of flexibility and tightness as an  excuse! 

WEIGHTLIFTING

This class focuses on Olympic lifting. The  snatch and clean and jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility,  accuracy and balance to your strength training. Here we will look at  breaking down these very technical lifts and show you how you can do it  safely at any age or skill level. Understanding these lifts will not  only be invaluable to your program but to everyday life as well.

Mighty Wodsters

 Sunday Rest day?? Nope not here! This Sunday class  is for those crazy people who want to do an intense combination of hero  wods to finish the week. Not for the faint hearted. Sunday Funday!  

Comp Squad

Comp squad is  for athletes wanting to take their training to the next  level. These workouts include a  higher intensity and more complex movements.

On Ramp

Athletes will learn CrossFit’s  Basic 9 fundamental movements while gaining knowledge and confidence.  We emphasize client safety, building a community  and learning proper form and technique. These sessions are by appointment only, contact us for more info.
