OLYMPIC LIFTING > 1:00hr

New to lifting? The 'Snatch', 'Clean' and 'Jerk' are fundamental moves of Olympic Lifting and who better to learn from than qualified AWF Level 1 & 2 accredited Coaches. These experienced Olympic Lifters will be there to guide you every lift of the way. 

ENDURANCE > 1:00hr

This is an unmissable specialty class that'll combine functional strength and mobility exercises with a high-intensity interval regimen in a series of short, intense workouts. Endurance is designed to build all-over strength and boost the limits of your cardiovascular capacity.
